    A Message from The Nurse

Following is the link for the New State Guidelines for immunization requirements:

"New York State has changed the grade levels required to have physicals. Starting for the 2018-2019 school year, all NEW students, and returning students in grades Pre-K or K, 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, and 11 will need to submit a new physical by the first day of the new school year.
There is also a new standard form for physicals; please ask your student's doctor to use this form at your child's next annual check up".

     Hammond Central School
    is a Bully-Free Zone!

The purpose of this form is to inform the district of an incident or series of incidents of bullying and/or harassment so we can investigate and take appropriate steps. If you feel unsafe, if your child/student feels that way, or if you are a witness to bullying, please fill out this form, which will be sent automatically to Mrs. Cruikshank and Ms. Carswell. We also urge you to speak directly with the building principal by calling the main office of the school as soon as possible so we can address your concerns.
